Barry Lehman
FOUNDER & CEO
As the son of a successful custom home builder in the Boston area, Barry Lehman was immersed in the world of construction from a young age. Building on this foundation, he pursued higher education and, after completing his graduate degree in 1975, launched a prolific career in high-end luxury residential development. Over the next two decades, Barry constructed an impressive portfolio of high-end custom and spec homes in some of Boston’s most exclusive suburbs, including Brookline, Newton, Weston, Swampscott, and Marblehead. His signature craftsmanship and commitment to quality also extended to Cape Cod and to Nantucket Island, the home of some of the most expensive real estate in America, where he built more than $170 million dollars worth (at cost) of luxury estate homes. In the spring of 2024, one of Barry’s custom beachfront estate homes in Osterville, MA, sold for 23.5 million dollars, the highest sale price ever recorded for a home on Cape Cod.
In 1995, Barry brought his talents to South Florida, founding Boca Raton Custom Homes. There, he continued his legacy of excellence, developing ultra-luxury custom residences in some of the region’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
With more than 40 years of experience, Barry remains deeply involved in every project, guiding clients from the earliest design concepts through to completion. His value lies not just in his technical expertise or eye for quality, but in the personal attention and strategic insight he brings to each build. Clients benefit from Barry’s rare ability to balance design, function, and investment—ensuring that every home is not only beautiful and meticulously built, but also tailored to their lifestyle and long-term goals.
Barry’s hands-on approach means he is available at every major decision point—offering creative solutions, anticipating challenges, and acting as a true advocate for the homeowner. His depth of industry knowledge, coupled with decades of trusted relationships with top-tier trades and suppliers, translates into smoother project execution, greater transparency, and a final product that consistently exceeds expectations.
Ultimately, Barry’s greatest added value is the peace of mind he provides: clients know their homes are in the hands of someone whose unwavering dedication to 100% client satisfaction has defined his career from the very beginning. That same commitment continues to guide the vision of BRCH today—rooted in integrity, precision, and a true passion for bringing each client’s vision to life.
